This years heisman winner was mark ingram, the running back from alabama. i believe he is extremely deserving of the award. he has great numbers statistically. you can tell he is an intelligent man with a bright future on and off the field. this years heisman candidates were tim tebow(QB florida), colt mccoy(QB texas), mark ingram(RB alabama), toby gearhart(RB alabama), ndamukong suh(DT nebraska). they were all deserving of the award, but mark came away with the award. overwhelmed and emotional, he gave a tearful acceptance speech as he hoisted the heisman for all to see.
